Yesterday, the groundbreaking ceremony took place in presence of the Minister for Economic Affairs, Innovation, Digital Affairs and Energy of the State of Saarland, Jürgen Barke, the mayor of the municipality of Kleinblittersdorf / Germany, Rainer Lang, and representatives of environmental associations.
