FOUNDED IN GERMANY – GLOBALLY SUCCESSFUL

Greencells Group may not have been founded in the famous garage. But its story comes quite close to this. The company started in 2009 as a small assembly company in Saarbrücken, Germany. Agile sub- and general contractor in the first years, the company builds its technical know-how and momentum quickly. With a growing customer base and projects in more and more countries, Greencells expands its capabilities to become a full-fledged EPC by 2013. Working on a solid UK portfolio in 2015, the company takes the opportunity to offer O&M services as well.

Today, Greencells Group continues to be a trusted service provider for well-known players in the industry.  With its extensive expert knowledge, its closely knit network of technology and finance partners and its high bankability, the company also acts as co-developer for several clients. The Group now has over 2.9 GWp of installed capacity under its belt and employs over 300 employees worldwide.

Still headquartered in Germany, the Group has international subsidiaries in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the US.
