Essential Terms of the Joint Controller Arrangement pursuant to Art. 26 GDPR (LinkedIn Insight Tag)

- Subject and scope of the joint responsibility
We and LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company are jointly responsible pursuant to Art. 26 GDPR for the collection of personal data through the LinkedIn Insight Tag on our website and for the transmission of this data to LinkedIn. This joint responsibility covers only this collection and transmission phase. For any subsequent processing of the data for its own purposes, LinkedIn is the sole controller. The contractual framework for our cooperation is formed by the LinkedIn Ads Agreement and the LinkedIn Data Processing Agreement.
- Purposes and legal basis
The data is processed in order to measure the success of our LinkedIn advertising campaigns, to carry out conversion tracking and retargeting and to build audiences. The joint responsibility extends only to the collection and transmission of the data for these purposes. The retargeting and the building of audiences are carried out by LinkedIn and fall within its sole responsibility. The processing takes place on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDDG, which you give through our cookie consent banner.
- Allocation of responsibilities
Greencells is responsible for obtaining your consent before the Insight Tag is loaded, for providing the information required under Art. 13 GDPR through this privacy policy, and for the lawful integration of the tag through our consent management.
LinkedIn is responsible for the further processing of the data for its own purposes and informs about this in its own privacy policy. LinkedIn provides the information required under Art. 13 and 14 GDPR for the jointly controlled processing and answers data subject requests insofar as they concern this processing. Requests directed to us are forwarded to LinkedIn without undue delay.
- Your rights
You can exercise your rights under the GDPR, in particular information, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent, both against us and against LinkedIn. Irrespective of the internal allocation of tasks, you may address any concern to us in the first instance. You can reach us using the contact details above. - Lead supervisory authority
The lead supervisory authority for the processing carried out by LinkedIn is the Irish Data Protection Commission. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for you.
