OUR SENIOR LEADERSHIP TEAM

Our senior leadership team sets the direction for Greencells and ensures consistent execution across all business areas.

With backgrounds spanning engineering, finance, operations and corporate functions, the team combines strategic thinking with hands-on experience in delivering utility-scale solar projects across Europe.

They are responsible for driving our long-term strategy, strengthening our market position and ensuring that we deliver with quality, reliability and accountability in everything we do.

FABIAN HERR (CEO)

Fabian Herr has over 15 years of experience in the solar industry. He has held various management positions driving operational excellence and leading renewable energy projects.
Before joining Greencells, he served as COO at Iqony Sustainable Energy Solutions (SENS), where he played a key role in optimizing processes and delivering turnkey EPC solutions across multiple regions.
At Greencells, Fabian focuses on operational excellence, process improvement, and strengthening the company’s position as a reliable EPC partner in the global energy transition.

NICLAS WOLL (CFO)

Niclas Woll brings more than two decades of international experience in the finance sector.
In senior roles at Caterpillar and W.R. Grace, he was responsible for finance, accounting, and tax matters, and previously worked as a Certified Public Auditor at Ernst & Young.
As a Certified German Public Auditor, he contributes extensive expertise in accounting, tax, and controlling.
With his international background, Niclas strengthens the financial structure and transparency of the Greencells Group.

EDE-KÁLMÁN NAGY (CEO GREENCELLS CEE)

Over 25 years of leadership in CEE markets with full P&L responsibility and strong turnaround achievements.
Extensive experience in EPC delivery, industrial construction, and solar-related projects across multiple countries.
Proven track record in business transformation, operational efficiency, and commercial process optimization.
Strong diplomacy and stakeholder-management skills, working effectively with authorities and strategic partners.
Multilingual leader with long-standing experience managing cross-border teams and regional operations.

DANIEL SEUFFERT (DIRECTOR OPERATIONS)

With more than two decades of experience in engineering and constructing utility-scale solar power plants worldwide, Daniel Seuffert brings extensive technical expertise and leadership to Greencells.
Having previously served as Operations Director for EMEA & APAC at JUWI, managing over 60 engineers across multiple regions, he now oversees the operational execution of Greencells’ EPC projects.
His focus areas include project management, engineering excellence, quality assurance, and digital construction monitoring. With his strong international background, Daniel enhances the operational efficiency and scalability of our EPC business.

FLORIAN JOHÄNNTGEN (DIRECTOR SALES & BD)

Since joining Greencells, Florian Johänntgen has played a key role in shaping the development of the company’s EPC business and building long-term partnerships with leading investors and developers.
With more than 15 years of experience in international sales and business development for large-scale PV projects, he combines strategic vision with a clear focus on sustainable growth.
As Director Sales & Business Development, he is responsible for strategic market expansion, long-term client relations, and driving the company’s scalability across European markets.

SVEN SANDMEYER (DIRECTOR CORPORATE AFFAIRS)

Since joining Greencells in 2022, Sven Sandmeyer has played a key role in shaping the company’s strategic development. He began as Chief of Staff and, after taking on broader responsibilities, was appointed Director Corporate Affairs in 2025.
In his role, he drives process optimization, implements scalable systems, and fosters collaboration across departments.
Combining efficiency with a growth-oriented mindset, his work drives the continuous evolution of Greencells and supports the company’s long-term vision.
