OUR SOLUTION
WHEN THE GOING GETS TOUGH
For the construction of our systems, we use reliable mounting structures from German suppliers that guarantee first-class performance in terms of corrosion and statics. However, some projects require the construction of customized mounting structures. This is usually the case when the ground conditions are exceptional, such as where there is little available piling depth. Standard configurations are not possible in these cases and our engineers propose a customized solution developed in-house.
SOLUTIONS
Our usual standard for the design of an assembly structure is the Eurocodes. If a project requires other standards, we offer a customized solution supported by external experts. In addition, a site investigation is carried out by an external expert who then calculates the requirements for the foundation, e.g. the pile-driving depth and/or the degree of corrosion.
ENGINEERING
Greencells carries out the engineering entirely in-house. A member of our highly specialized teams will be dedicated to your project and carry out every step of the due diligence – from technical drawings to engineering and structural calculations. Our approach means we can deliver client proposals within days.
